IMPORTANT: You are receiving something that is both heavy and
bulky, so please be prepared to accept delivery. A signature is
mandatory. You as the recipient and purchaser are responsible
to have appropriate equipment and/or manpower to remove the items
from the truck, move it to storage or installation area, unpack,
dispose of the waste packaging, and install. Please do not ask
the driver to move your unit unless this is a service you have
paid for.
YOU CAN NEVER
GO WRONG BY ORDERING A LIFTGATE DELIVERY! It is worth every penny
of the cost. The heavy item is lowered gently to the ground where
it can be eaily handled. Commercial deliveries are to commercial
places with a loading dock. YOUR HOME OFFICE IS NOT A COMMERCIAL
DELIVERY. Both the C-30 and the C-60 models are shipped freight
(by truck).
The C-30 and the Danby come in a single box, fully assembled
as shown.
The C-60 comes in several boxes, banded, on pallets and may vary
slightly from shown, but will be complete as purchased. Since
a delivery to a business costs less than a delivery to a residential
location, it is recommended that the purchaser make arrangements
to receive their compact kitchen at a business with a loading
dock and have the manpower or equipment to move it quickly from
the truck. The driver will have other places to go on his/her
schedule that day.
The C-60 does not come with a faucet (the C-30 does). This is
because the sinks installed vary widely; it was decided that the
purchaser would save money buying an inexpensive faucet locally
if on a budget, or would benefit from having a wide selection
for their compact kitchen that we would not be able to
provide if not.
TFL-1 and TFL-5 are shipped common ground carrier with tracking;
UPS or Federal Express.
NOTE: If the shipping charges should exceed the amount billed,
the customer will be asked to pay the additional balance.
